General booking conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive the final hotel names from us no earlier than 30 days before arrival.
No vouchers are required for the booked services on site; the confirmation we send serves as an overview of all booked services.
The name and contact details of the tour guide will be provided in good time before arrival.
Please note that we require the group booking status at least 60 days prior to arrival and the room lists 45 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation, in order to guarantee the hotel reservations and avoid any cancellation fees.
Changes to room allotments must be reviewed and confirmed by us. In particular, increasing the number of single rooms after reservation may incur additional costs.
Cancellation policy
Unless otherwise stated:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
59-31 days before arrival = 25% cancellation fee
30-10 days before arrival = 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made 9 days or less before the deadline/No-Show = 100% cancellation fee
Payment terms
50% of the invoice amount up to 30 days before arrival, 50% up to 10 days before arrival.
Booking conditions for joiner trips
Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive the final hotel names from us approximately 30 days before arrival.
Please always quote the MacSun reference number when communicating with us.
We do not send vouchers; this confirmation serves as an overview of all booked services. Unless otherwise agreed, the names and contact details of the tour guide will not be provided in advance. You will receive the contact details of our offices in the respective destinations with your travel documents.
Cancellation policy
From booking up to 31 days before departure = free cancellation
30-15 days before departure = 25% cancellation fee
15-7 days before departure = 50% cancellation fee
6-1 days before departure = 80% cancellation fee
No-show = 100% cancellation fee
Payment terms
A 20% deposit is due upon booking, with the remaining balance payable 10 days prior to arrival upon receipt of travel documents.
Minimum number of participants
The minimum number of participants is 2 people. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip no later than 60 days before departure if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
